Your pick up instructions will be emailed to you with your receipt. You must print or make a note of these, as they will contain a telephone number for the day of travel. Stanhope Chauffeur Services will not refund you if you have forgotten to take this with you.
You are responsible for checking the details of the booking in the sales receipt we email you confirming your booking. Stanhope Chauffeur Services will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is incorrect please inform us as soon as possible and we will email you an amended sales receipt.
Stanhope Chauffeur Services does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport. Stanhope Chauffeur Services will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if three hours check in time was not allowed.
If you wish to arrange to get to the airport less than 3 hours prior to flight departure you do so at your own discretion. Stanhope Chauffeur Services will accept no responsibility for any missed flight due to this.
All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.
No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport instead.
For return journeys please ensure you give us your arrival time/day INTO the UK and not your departure time/day information.
If you have a serious delay on your return journey please inform us as soon as possible on 01293 218906 although we will do our utmost to find out if you have incurred any delays.
Stanhope Chauffeur Services use their own transport wherever possible but do use third party companies where appropriate.
Reservations made for service on the following dates will be subject to an additional surcharge on published prices: 24, 25, 26, 31st December & 1st January, other days may also be affected, all UK public holidays.
Prices are calculated manually with the distance, time of travel and amount of passengers travelling taken into consideration.
We do not charge for the 45 mins waiting time after the plane has landed. However if the passenger is delayed in immigration or has lost their luggage waiting will be charged at £25 per hour.
If your flight is scheduled/delayed to land between the hours of 00.00-05.00 a £10 supplement will be added.
Any Bridge Tolls are not included in the instant online quotes. You may either give the fee to your driver to pay or request we add the amount to your card for payment.
Stanhope Chauffeur Services will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 24 hours notice however there will be a Â£7 or 10% (whichever is higher) administration / transaction charge.
The cancellation must be made via an email to which you will receive confirmation by us.
If you do not receive an email from Stanhope Chauffeur Services confirming the cancellation we have not received it. In this case please call our number, 01293 218906. Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.
No refund will be made for a cancellation less than 24 hours from your pick up time.
